Saturday 8th February sees the return of our Play Days  at the awesome Spaunton Quarry venue, near Pickering.
AS A THANK YOU FOR THE 2024 SEASON TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS – ENTRIES FOR THIS PLAY DAY ONLY WILL BE £30 FOR MEMBERS AND £40 FOR NON MEMBERS – PAID ONLINE.
The lap will be nice and flowing, a good size and enjoyable for everyone, with some optional hard routes. It will suit most ages and most abilities. This is a proper cross country venue with woodlands, stream beds, open tracks, hills and the old quarry sections. As always we will put the maximum amount of effort in to making sure all our riders are happy.

Prices for Play Days in 2025 remain the same for the third year running. IF YOU WANT TO DO MORE EVENTS WITH EDGE & WANT TO SAVE MONEY, THEN YOU CAN DO YOUR 2025  MEMBERSHIP AT ANY EVENT FOR THE REASONABLE RATE OF £50 FOR ADULTS & £40 FOR JUNIORS (50/65’s).

FINAL INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ!

  • FOR ANY RIDERS THAT PAY & DON’T TURN UP THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED. NO ENTRIES WILL BE CARRIED OVER. No refunds will be issued to anyone within 72 hours of the event as per standard Rules & Regulations. If anyone withdrawns before the 72 hour period, a refund can be issued less £10 admin fee.
  • Please form an orderly queue at Signing On at all times. Please respect other peoples privacy.
  • This is an IOPD event. You can purchase a Yearly Licence for £25 ON THE DAY.
  • There will be a small spares shop onsite both days, plus Edge Merchandise is always available to purchase.
  • All Marshals and Photographers MUST sign on at the “Event Signing On” marquee before they go out onto the course. NB TO MEDIA – Edge must have an up to date copy of your Public Liability for you to take photos or do any filming.
  • All children under the age of 16 must remain with an adult at all times
  • All litter to be taken home with you!
  • WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ABUSE TOWARDS ANY SIGNING ON STAFF, COURSE MARSHALS OR OFFICIALS. If you can not be respectful or pleasant do not come. Rider to rider abuse is also not tolerated. You will be asked to leave if this happens.
  • Catering onsite all weekend.
  • Camping is available from Friday night.
  • No loud music after 8pm.
  • NO GENERATORS AFTER 10pm, and not on BEFORE 7am.
  • Medics & toilets will be onsite for both days.
  • New and old riders always more than welcome!
  • SIGNING ON STARTS AT 8.30am, Track opens at 10am until 3pm.

Please comply with all instructions from the Marshals and pay attention to the SIGNS/NOTICES, and remain in the Permitted Areas Only!
