ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE ON FRIDAY 16th MAY AT 8AM. DAY ENTRIES ONLY AFTER THIS WHICH CARRY A £10 SURCHARGE.

A Play Day weekend will take place on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th May on the Thorp Perrow Estate, DL8 2AT, near Bedale. Fully graded since it was last used. Woodland, open and stream crossings, makes a fantastic event on this beautiful estate. As always we will put the maximum amount of effort in to making sure all riders are happy and are able to complete the lap.  There will be a shorter lap and a longer lap – these will be suitable to all abilities and most ages. Play Days are from ages 6 years old. Juniors/inexperienced Youth B have to have a chaperone at all times (50’s/65’s/inexpereinced SW85’s). Juniors & inexperienced riders need a chaperone to ride with them at all times. Please follow the orange arrows into the venue. Please park sensibly.

NO FIRES OF ANY KIND, ALL KIDS TO REMAIN WITH AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES, ALL DOGS TO BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES, THIS IS LAMBING SEASON! PICK UP YOUR OWN DOG MESS OR DON’T BRING YOUR DOG! NO RUBBISH TO BE LEFT. THERE ARE SHEEP ONSITE AT ALL TIMES SO PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOGS ON A LEAD OR YOU’LL BE GOING HOME EARLY WITHOUT A REFUND.

2025 IOPD Licences can also be purchased on the day, along with 2025 Membership.

FINAL INSTRUCTIONS!!

NO RACING OR RIDING IN THE PADDOCK. NO EBIKES, NO ESCOOTERS, NO PIT BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE PADDOCK OR TO WATCH AROUND THE COURSE. You can enter to ride the course on an E-Bike, and a helmet must be worn at all times with the appropriate clothing.

• FOR ANY RIDERS THAT PAY & DON’T TURN UP THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED.
• If you cancel within 72 hours of the event there will be no refunds issue. If you cancel before the 72 hour period then there will be a 10% admin fee deducted.
• Catering will be onsite both days.
• All litter to be taken home with you!
• All Photographers MUST sign on at the “Event Signing On” marquee before they go out onto the course. Please email your PL Insurance to [email protected]
• You have to produce your IOPD Licence at every event. You can purchase a Yearly Licence for £25 on the day.
• No music after 8pm
• No generators after 10pm and before 7am
• All children must remain with an adult at all times
• No electric bikes, pit bikes or electric scooters allowed unless you have booked in to ride the course.
• All phot0graphers & videographers must provide their PL Insurance, and sign on with us before they go out on track.

Event Times

Signing On opens at 8.30am – Track opens at 10am until 3pm.

Stick to the marked course. Crossed arrows means caution/slow down/attention. Blue taped areas mean WALKING PACE ONLY! Please respect Edge Offroad’s Rules and Regulations!

There will be a Medic Crew, Catering and Toilets on site all weekend.
