IOPD Sunday Play Day Ellington !!CANCELLED!!

SUNDAY AT ELLINGTON HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE AMBER WEATHER WARNING OF SNOW THAT HAS BEEN ISSUED. WE DON’T WANT ANY ACCIDENTS EITHER ON THE WAY TO THE VENUE OR AT THE VENUE, AND WE DON’T WANT ANYONE STUCK AT ELLINGTON, INCLUDING OURSELVES. Anybody that had entered for Sunday has been informed.

ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE ON FRIDAY 3rd JANUARY AT 8AM. DAY ENTRIES ONLY AFTER THIS WHICH CARRY A £10 SURCHARGE.

A Play Day will take place on Saturday 4th January ONLY, at Ellington near Ripon. The track will be of cross country nature, using the MOD trainging areas. As always we will put the maximum amount of effort in to making sure all our riders are happy and are able to complete the lap. Please follow the orange arrows into the venue. Please park sensibly. PLEASE NOTE SUNDAY TIMES RUN AN HOUR EARLIER THA SATURDAY!

NO FIRES OF ANY KIND, ALL KIDS TO REMAIN WITH AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES, ALL DOGS TO BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES, PICK UP YOUR OWN DOG MESS OR DON’T BRING YOUR DOG! NO RUBBISH TO BE LEFT. THIS IS A NO SMOKING SITE – THAT INCLUDES NO VAPING.

2025 EDGE MEMBERSHIP CAN BE PURCHASED ON THE DAY!

NO RACING OR RIDING IN THE PADDOCK. WHILST ON YOUR BIKE YOU MUST WEAR A HELMET AT ALL TIMES!

• Entries can be completed and paid for online.
• FOR ANY RIDERS THAT PAY & DON’T TURN UP THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED.
• Any rider that cancels before the 72 hour period can get a refund, less 10% admin fee.
• Catering will be onsite.
• All litter to be taken home with you!
• All Photographers MUST sign on at the “Event Signing On” marquee before they go out onto the course. Please email your PL Insurance to [email protected]
• You have to produce your IOPD Licence at every event. You can purchase a Yearly Licence for £25 on the day.

Event Times

Signing On opens at 8.00am – Track opens at 9am until 2pm.

Stick to the marked course. Crossed arrows means caution/slow down/attention. Blue taped areas mean WALKING PACE ONLY! Please respect Edge Offroad’s Rules and Regulations!

There will be a Medic Crew, Catering and Toilets on site all weekend.
