ALL EDGE OFFROAD EVENTS ARE RUN UNDER THE IOPD – THEY ARE FULLY PERMITTED, INSURED & ALL RIDERS WILL NEED AN IOPD LICENCE TO RIDE. THESE CAN BY BOUGHT ON ANY EVENT DAY.

YOU MUST NOT RETURN TO THIS VENUE AFTER AN EVENT TO RIDE ILLEGALLY!

EARLY BIRD RATE EXPIRES ON THURSDAY 14th MAY at 8am.

ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE ON THURSDAY 21st MAY AT 8am. After this day entries only, which carry a £10 surcharge. These changes have taken place to encourage people to book in early – this makes it easier for event organisation, plus you save money if you are organised.

WE NEED ENOUGH ENTRIES FOR THIS PLAY DAY TO RUN SO PLEASE BOOK EARLY IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN RIDE.

A Play Day will take place at the stunning Thorp Perrow Estate on Bank Holiday Monday – 25th May. The lap will be nice and flowing, a good size and enjoyable loop for everyone, with mainly woodland, plus open & flowing sections. It will suit most ages and abilities. As always we will put the maximum amount of effort in to making sure all riders are happy. Please note the earlier signing on time, track opening and track closing times.
IF YOU WANT TO DO MORE EVENTS WITH EDGE & WANT TO SAVE MONEY, THEN YOU CAN DO YOUR 2026 MEMBERSHIP AT ANY EVENT.

FINAL INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ!

  • DAY ENTRIES ONLY that carry a surcharge of £10.
  • FOR ANY RIDERS THAT PAY & DON’T TURN UP THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED.
  • NO ENTRIES WILL BE CARRIED OVER.
  • No refunds will be issued to anyone within 72 hours of the event as per standard Rules & Regulations.
  • Anyone that wants a refund before the 72 hour period will be deducted a 10% admin fee – we ask that you move your entry to another event instead.
  • Please form an orderly queue at Signing On at all times. Please respect other peoples privacy.
  • This is an IOPD event. You can purchase a Yearly Licence ON THE DAY.
  • There will be a small spares shop onsite both days, plus Edge Merchandise is always available to purchase.
  • All Marshals and Photographers MUST sign on at the “Event Signing On” marquee before they go out onto the course. NB TO MEDIA – Edge must have an up to date copy of your Public Liability for you to take photos or do any filming.
  • All children under the age of 16 must remain with an adult at all times
  • All litter to be taken home with you!
  • WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ABUSE TOWARDS ANY SIGNING ON STAFF, COURSE MARSHALS OR OFFICIALS. If you can not be respectful or pleasant do not come. Rider to rider abuse is also not tolerated. You will be asked to leave if this happens.
  • Catering onsite all weekend.
  • Camping is available from Friday night.
  • No loud music after 8pm.
  • NO GENERATORS AFTER 10pm, and not on BEFORE 7am.
  • Medics & toilets will be onsite for both days.
  • New and old riders always more than welcome!
  • SIGNING ON STARTS AT 8.00am, Track opens at 9am until 2pm.
